Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. Initial prices are exclusive of VAT unless a specific approved quotation states otherwise.
Is the container shown online definitely in stock?
Availability is retrieved from the database, but a staff member must still confirm the exact unit and condition before payment.
Is transport included in the container price?
Transport is quoted separately after the delivery destination, route, access and offloading needs are reviewed.
Can Fayemi convert a container into an office, shop or home?
Yes. Fabrication is scoped and priced according to the intended use, doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, insulation and finishing requirements.
How long is a quotation valid?
The expiry date appears on the quotation. Online requests remain subject to staff review and approval.
