Delivery confirmation
Transport charges and dates are confirmed only after route, access, lifting and scheduling checks. Customers should not rely on an unapproved estimate as a delivery commitment.
Cancellations and refunds
Eligibility depends on the accepted quotation, fabrication progress, procurement status, transport bookings and applicable law. Any approved refund must be documented by authorised staff. Custom fabrication already completed may not be refundable.
